There's some good ideas to it, and some rather bad ones. At first blush anyways. These are concerns that should be brought up ASAP...course they're doing the changeover on the 15th, so I do believe that your bad feeling is justified.

i just wonder how does one change proffesion without a respec?

After you use up your last respec, you WON'T be able to change professions, unless you start the toon all over. However, if you've been in the game yet today, you'll notice that apparently we'll all be able to play 2 different toons on the same server with the new changes coming, rather than just the jedi.
