hmmmm k well now I am downloading patches and such from the launchpad..........so I read in the manual (I know that gets hairy
) about picking galaxies/server??????? Can I wind up stuck on the wrong server????
Dunno what all is to be entailed creating my character but this descrip....well heheheh....

There has to be an easier way of finding out how many player cities on a planet there is...

I think they start newbies with 75,000 credits, I'd reccomend going to a bazaar terminal and buying a speeder bike swoop for 20,000 should be able to find some on Tatooine, use the bazaar terminal to retrieve the item, use ctrl+i (default) to open your inventory, find the new deed in your invintory and create your new bike, then use Ctrl+d (default) to open your data pad and double click the item to summon it into existance. You'll have a speeder, really helpful, then if you need to meet up with one of us, go into the star-port and buy a ticket to Dantooine's Mining OutPost thats where most people are hanging out for now. good luck bro, and I hope you enjoy the game ☼§☼

Heh, too slow man, Tank beat ya to it and brought him to RBL base.(BTW, if you happen to be going for a swoop in the bazaar, look for 1's I stock in them. I list them for 15,000 apiece and try to keep a few available on most of the major planets and to a lesser extent, the others) Or if ya catch me me, I'll likely provide ya with 1 pro bono. :-X
