Battlefront 2
#11
I didn't see anything that wasn't new content in the game.  You fight on Mustafar, Kamino (part of the stage is familiar from the first game), Naboo (again, partly familiar), Genosis, many space battles, and a couple other planets that were not in the first game.  So I don't see HOW they can say there's no new content...the thing is chock full of it!  Plus it has a PLOT.  You're a member of the 501st, the best of the best in the Empire.  Plus you have to follow waypoints to meet your specific objectives.

So I don't know what the "experts" were looking for in terms of "new" content.  It's got a ton as it is.

yeah hobo. we're talking abotu racking up 40-50 fighter kills per LIFE, not being shot down in the scout craft fighter in like 15-30 seconds. No, we'd show you how REAL pilot fight, muahahaha.

BF2 whoops all *** as a FPS and TPS this year.  ^Smile^  i find, however, the beam award sniper rifle isn't as good as the normal sniper rifle. sure, it does more damage, but you can't do headshots. i find you have to hit them center body mass to off them. the new precision pistol is nice though. oh yeah  >Big Grin

edit: no swearing on forum please we have youngins readin Smile
It's best to watch a furball collapse, analyzing the movements of the enemy. Watch how they maneuver, when they fire, how they break. Visualize your own attacks against those observations, then go in for the kill. Sometimes, though, you don't get that advantage. It's at these times where you go in guns blazing, but keep your head on a swivel.

Smile  just got this game yesterday for my xbox and wow........what game was the guy at IGN playin?  only a 7??  This game rocks so far and I agree with Tank, all I'm seeing is new stuff.  the space battles take some getting used to but over all this game is a huge improvement over the first outing.  So far I'm on the space battle at kashyyyk.  and my little lady and I started a game of galactic conquest agains the comp.  that mode is much more fun this time around.  actually has a point to it as well.
