Afterwards, it didn't. So I turned it back on. Maybe Longhorn will do a better job.
Yea, XP does not like a swapless setup.. setting the swap to about 1500 should do you even better as the 735 setting is the default and is not enough. I had the same issues on mine with the OS itself until I bumped it up to 1500. A friend of mine owns a computer store, he tells me this is a flaw in XP... so go figure I guess.

Ok, Aslan, I have the skill level needed to build a city hall fer ya...assuming I can find or build a few 'extra' items needed to build it by the time your rdy. (The droid shouldn't be a problem, once Simon gets back from his exams(yes, that IS a component for the beast - a specific type at that. I already checked what he was still offering in stock...didn't have 1 ) Anyone know where I can get supplies in factory crates? There are a number of specific types I'm looking for, but dang if I know where to look for them. You wouldn't BELIEVE the # of components for THIS one) : Ah, well, it's DOUBLE xp right now...... ;D ;D ;D ;D

I don't think you have 10 members declaring residency there yet, although I believe we have at least 10 members in the guild.(Hey, your THE POLITIAN, that's YOUR job...lol) I DO have small houses in stock in the vender at my house, if your offering free houses to new prospects. I'll have medium and large houses available soon. Sorry, if some of the pricing seems a bit high on the vender list, but I need to try to keep at least SOME of it in stock. I've been listing speeders and bikes for about 2/3rds the going rate for members for example, and(like yesterday) I no sooner have the items put up for sale than they're SOLD!! to outsiders. Oh well, helps with expenses. ;D ;D

I think part of it is the merchant skills I've been messing with(anyone notice that Woodstock now talks? :-X) but it wasn't anything I purposely did. I think it get's listed automatically when you set up a vender. Of course, you also have the option of interconnecting them, which I did with mine, so that you can access the entire inventory of all my venders at 1 location.(Works much like a bazaar network) It's also a great way to store items if you have alot... my current limit is 500 items/vender(it can go MUCH higher)...whereas a house has a 200 item limit I believe.
