Big possibility for getting Galaxies today!!!!!!

Unfortunately, tech support for Galaxies was closed for the US holiday(I've been having issues with the new update - keeps freezing on me when I try to update).  I've spent the entire evening reformatting and reinstalling everything.  I hope it works, this problem's been dragging on for a couple of days now.  Ahhhh, what 1 will go through just to play an online game.... :

Just a couple of suggestions. Check your RAM and make sure you have enough room for the game - it's a BIGGGGG RAM hog, esp. with the updates. Also you might want to run a defrag before you install it(and maybe again afterwards) to adjust your files.
