Note, you do not have to use the mIRC client. mIRC is not the only irc client you can use on windows. You can use ANY irc client you wish to connect to any irc server. IRC servers do not require specific clients. There are many free clients available. XChat is a good one and more info on it can be found on our irc page http://www.rblsquad.com/irc/
For other free clients just google for free irc client.
