Main and Reserves Roster Clean up
#11
Those of us that are squad leaders have VERY little to lead.  I tend to agree that it probably would be best to retire the various squads, at least for now, in favor of a single squad, with an Admiral at the helm.

heh there's only 5 people total.. 2 in cobra, and 3 in wrath ... other two are empty.... I'd say retire them as well... just have a main roster for RBL Squad Wink

Kinda did this awhile back anyway with the forums... with my nerfing them into the archives heheh  :-4

Hawk counts 4 pilots including the SL aand XO.
I vote for a merge as well, doesn't make much sense to stick with it.

Maybe we could break ReBeL down to a single roster, with different squads for the different games.

Regardless of what we do with the roster, we need to see who all are members of RBL.  Like Galaxies?  The city showed 43 members, even if you halve that for the alts, that's still a lot of people.

Tanker (tangk'er)n. 1. A dusty, crusty, grease-covered, dirty, sweaty, bright eyed, fuzzy faced, haircut-needing, beer-drinking, underrated, over-worked, underpaid, oversexed, little s%#* who can take a Tank and do more battlefield damage in ten minutes than a grunt squad can do all day.

I agree that a merger of some kind would probably work out best.  but remember whatever changes we do we have to put in at bsc too lol..........for those of us that will still fly in xvt from time to time lol.........

Yeah the inactives never drop from the city roster though... (or the guild one unless removed by admin)

but I do agree... anyone part of the RBL guild in galaxies (regardless of what server... as of know Gorath and Starsider only ones I know about with RBL established) that's active player should be here on the comms and on our roster.

Merge the squads. If we ever get big enough where we could use them again, we could bring them back. For now though, let's all merge into one big squad called Wrath Squadron...... Big Grin
It's best to watch a furball collapse, analyzing the movements of the enemy. Watch how they maneuver, when they fire, how they break. Visualize your own attacks against those observations, then go in for the kill. Sometimes, though, you don't get that advantage. It's at these times where you go in guns blazing, but keep your head on a swivel.

As mayor, I COULD remove the inactives from the roster, but it simply reduces the size of the city. If you factor name changes as well...there ARE certainly far fewer than what are listed currently in the city.

As for a combined SINGLE squad, it should have a different name than the current branches, in my humble opinion, to reflect the change.  Otherwise, you'll have a minor war trying to decide WHICH squad name to keep....lol.
