Ok this is Secretkp I went and bought a new clinic and moved my old one and Bang!! I got No permit to build in RBL!!! Cmon Mayor give me a braek I paid my dues!!! ^

your in the militia so you can grant zone on your self... log secretkp while out in the open (toon will stay but will have LD heh) and switch to aslan, target him with aslan and /grantzon ;D
