Feeling Tank's force message sinking in, Ace kept blowing away tie after tie. Flying in a shield trio with R 2 Vader and Mauler, the three X-wings are making some headway and things are looking up on their side of the battle. Feeling a rush of calming come over him, Hawk 2 sits back and reassesses the situation at hand.........
"Azazell do you read? Tank......................Tank...............*static filled the comm and no reply came* Hawk 2 hailing Incenerator..................what happened back there?"
"Incenerator to Hawk 2, Ace it's Widget. We now know what happened and we are working on handling the problem. It seems that Impy shuttle uploaded a virus into the central computer. It has been quarantined and the ship will be fully operational again in 2 minutes."
"Roger. R 2 Vader and Mauler we're heading back to the Incenerator. The fighters are thinning out enough where our abscence won't hurt things. *opening RBL frequency* Aslan............... Myself, Tau 2 and Tau 3 are heading back to the SSD for support and I'm going to retake the helm. The fighters are thinned out where you guys should be able to take care of them without us out here. We'll try to get a tractor beam on Tank if he isn't moving soon."
The three X-wings snap turn and head back to the Incenerator. Upon reaching the massive starship, Ace regains command of the bridge. The virus has been stopped and the SSD is just a few seconds away from being fully operational again. Now that the virus has been dealt with the SSD starts to crawl towards the VSD once again........
