**Aslan felt great be back in the cockpit again, it had been far too long and he really missed the days when he and his mates would reek havoc on OBS and other Imperial greats, they still remember the wrath of the crazed ewok and his peetree spurring him on to trash many a vet Imp pilots. Two more TI's exploded from his quads!!
All of a sudden Aslans R2 screamed as the admirals craft rolled left out of controlled and his hud dissappeard in a scambled mess!! The admiral tried to regain control of his craft but than he noticed he was being pulled rapidly into line for destruction by a skipray blastboat, several of which had hypered into the area.
"Mates Mates this is the adm*^&%*#$(#...... His transmission was scrambled, the Skiprays not wanting him to get out a call for help.
He struggled with his controls, do everything he possibly could to get the blastboat to let go, when in desperation he fires the flare countermeasure. The small explosive hit the larger fighter, disrupting the tractor and jamming beam just enough for Aslan to pull free. He looped around quickly, and fired several quad linked blasts, slagging the fighter into oblivion.
He now heard Ace's order, and nodded. "YUBYUB! I'm your wing!" He pulled his fighter around to get near Ace, heading straight into the thick of battle, feeling a greater feeling of enjoyment than he could ever get anywhere else.
