Tank shook his head. "Things just couldn't get any better I see." He muttered as he rushed to his TIE Defender, which was conviently in the Store's Hanger Bay instead of the Admirals Hanger like usual. With a slight hand from the Force he leapt up onto the egress hatch, tapping in his code before slipping into the pilots couch, slipping on his modified helmet at the same time he rushed through the startup checklist.
The fighter started up quickly, its repulsors humming as he lifted it up and aimed it at the huge maw of the hanger opening. With a quick twist on the control yoke he blasted out of the hanger, twisting about to come onto an intercept course.
"Azazel is clear and on the way." He checked his warhead status, and found that he had a full load of concussion missiles. "Hawk 2, you're on point. This'll be your show. RBL Control, get the shields up and the weapons activated."
He sighed. "What a bad time for both the Intrepid and Swift to have been taken away for overhauls."
