ooo punkbuster issue eh? you should up date your punk buster, for some reason punk buster doesn't update its self any more so you have to do it by your self  :'(

Punkbuster update file:

Some times pb just wont run. There are 2 files you need to make sure are running. PnkBstrA and PnkBstrB. These are the important service programs. If either of them are not working you may not be able to play. I would recommend running the updates, first the run the service check.

This should fix your problem.
