Yeah it will be interesting to see how they do it. I'm just guessing, but maybe they will do it similar to how they have done the class based stories where certain decisions have mattered in your personal storyline, but doesn't really affect the rest of the world.

It always kind of bothered me to end a mission blowing up some building or whatever and then afterward the building is still there and peeps are running around doing their missions lol
