Star Wars: The Force Awakens [NO SPOILERS]
#1
Ladies, gentlemen, wookies, Jedi, whatever Aslan is, and .... saiyan, (please do not post anything actually movie-related here).

I'm surprised to see that nobody else has made a post here about the movie being released tonight/tomorrow, but I'm looking forward to seeing what J.J. Abrams has for us with the newest addition to what we all have come to love (and hate).

I can't say anything here, really, because I said no spoilers, and because I haven't seen the movie yet, but wanted to express my excitement and share it with a group of people that I've always associated and shared my love of Star Wars with.

I hope we all get a chance to see, and hopefully enjoy, the movie in the near future!

I miss you guys!

I was surprised that it was even in my local theater here but it is and I do plan on going to see it.
Holmes went to see it and said it is good flick with no snide comments about JJ so Wink

Tanker (tangk'er)n. 1. A dusty, crusty, grease-covered, dirty, sweaty, bright eyed, fuzzy faced, haircut-needing, beer-drinking, underrated, over-worked, underpaid, oversexed, little s%#* who can take a Tank and do more battlefield damage in ten minutes than a grunt squad can do all day.

☼§☼ all

Have also seen the movie and I did enjoy it as well.  There are some things in it where I could call jar jar abrahms out but this is a spoiler free discussion Smile  What really caught my eye was how brutal the battle scenes are.  *hope that doesn't count as a spoiler*  Overall it was very engaging and seemed like it was just getting started when the end credits rolled.  Am going to have to see it a couple more times before passing final judgement but I do believe the force is strong with this one ☼§☼  Ohhhh my local theater had a wall we could sign after seeing the film.  I signed the light side and used my RBL Acehigh callsign and drew a hawk squad insignia  ^Smile^ :-*  the artwork on the hawk is lacking but it's the symbol that counts lol

Miss all you guys!  I'm still kicking mostly on xbox live (rbl acehigh).  And I pop up on SWTOR when I remember to get a sub card LOL.  For those that don't know good old games has xwing, tie fighter, xvt, and xwa for approx $5 bucks a piece.  They have been updated and optimized to run on new hardware with new operating systems.  Still trying to find a multi player lobby, but they have been using game ranger to set up matches.  just not much of a variety as far as pilots go.

may the force be with you!  Long live RBL!  ☼§☼

Ace, I bet you and I may have the same gripes, but since this is spoiler free for now LOL Jar Jar Abrahms, not sure I would insult jar jar like that but yeah. I enjoyed it overall, but there were a few things that just didn't sit well with me, character development and plot stuff, but not going into detail so as not to ruin anything for folks who haven't seen it.

Nice on the wall signing! There wasn't anything like that at our theater, just allot of happy folks hollering out star wars in the parking lot before the movie, and most in these parts of the woods already look like ragtag rebels (and some even resemble wookies) so no need for costumes LOL
