You can found PAs (Player Association). You need to set a name and an abbreviation for it.
There are different server aviable, all independent from each other, it should be possible to have the same names on different servers.
I don't think you can ransfer characters from one server to the other, thats why ReBeL should make a decision soon, otherwise we all will be scattered across different servers, and will never meet.
