On a serious note, I dunno how it works down your way Tank, but up here, some pizza delivery drivers make $250 or more on a good Friday or Sat. night....all in pocket cash too. (I should know, I DID pizza work occasionally) Location, of course, is key. Down side to it all of course is you lose your evenings.
One profession I'm surprised you DIDN'T take on is security work, esp. with a military background. Easy work, even if a bit boring. Oh, wait, what's that, he's a member of RBL????? NMT, potential security risk....think's he's an Admiral.
