...ya know....that's the oddest highjacking I've ever seen in here lol.
Eh, it happens.
As for the job that I was hoping to get, that hope was dashed. Apparently I didn't make it through the qualification screening, and wasn't a "top qualifier" or something like that.
So that's nixed. Granted, there's not much to get in the field of History as a History major unless you're in education. Knew that from the get go though. So I'll have to find something else. Maybe John Deere will accept me...
As long as I have decent pay (over $20k a year to pay the loans would be quite nice) and benefits, I won't be too picky. Cept I'm not going to be a secretary. I hated that when I was an Administrative Specialist for the Army, and I would hate it more in the civilian world. It would be a waste for me, when I know I can do far better for a company than simply be their typist.
But I'm getting off that soapbox now. Just have to keep looking...and fast. If all else fails...I can go to Japan and teach English.
Might have to practice my Japanese now...Konnichiwa! Toyota! Suzuki! Kawasaki! Sushi! Sashimi! ;D
