I did indeed go through Newegg. Nice service overall. It's like Amazon for computer geeks. Gotta love it. 
And the Beast lives! Found out what was wrong; seems we missed a breaker because it was hidden underneath the big blue CPU heatsink. Go figure.
All that's left is to give it smrts and it will be set. ;D
