Actually snoop some oder models are VERY much in demand on the streets. Especially some Honda's, as certain model yrs. have certain part that allow over modification, manifolds, computer modules...etc. With popularity of street racing older model imports can be quite valuable on the streets.
Oh and Ski's/Snowboards on roofs in July...? Well that too is a normal sight to see in this area ne way. Mount Hood hosts Olympic Ski/Snowboard camps on the Palmer Glacier usually up till August and some years clear thru summer
