I found a way around the cookie problem.
For some reason, if you try to login to your .NET passport at the Zone, it doesn't let ya. But if you have one (and you know it), and you have...say....a hotmail account, just login at hotmail, then use a bookmark and jump over to the XvT Zone page. I'm fully up and running again!
