Doh!
That sucks, I have been looking forward to seeing you in game. Although I havent played as much the last couple weeks.
I got one of those emails too, haven't logged in to claim it yet though, been busy lately.
I take it their CS dept. wasn't able to help with your video issue?
I read that they released a patch the other day that fixed some graphic issues, i think with FPS and such. It may not fix your issue but maybe wouldn't hurt to try it?

I've got a guild of about 30 people on Saber of Exar Kun (Empire side, PVP server).
I've played the game for a few weeks, and hate to say it, I've already lost interest. I love the game, the story line is fantastic, and the interactions with star wars related characters and story is even better. I however don't have time for an MMO, and most of the people i would like to play with are not on. Most importantly of them all, I want to see the end-game raid content, which just isn't going to happen without a solid group of buddies to dedicate some time with.
I'll let you all know if I decide to keep playing, and if I do, I'll definitely move over to where you all are, for old time's sake.
Good luck and enjoy the new game.
