Heard a Member+ said that XvT would no longer be supported on the Zone. Then I went to go chat there and XvT is no longer there =( I'm saddened.... alot

:'( :'( :'( Ok, it's not TOTALLY dead yet. Xvt and xwa can each be accessed by a direct link for the next few days. (no I don't have the links right now) MSN will be cutting even THAT off though on the 29th. The reason cited is spring cleaning of low use sites. Suffice it to say, both sites are being heavily used right now with protesters trying to save the sites. Alternatives are also being investigated. Stay tuned. :-\

I'm in a chat right now... the Program Manager at MS for this part of the zone is in the chat lobby of Rebel Base.... looks like he is trying to save it since many have protested... but he said no promises. If they do cancel it we'll still be able to play in the DirectPlay area for free which is located here : http://zone.msn.com/directplay/ .....

this is a bunch of crap. how can those bsc &*^%$#@! and zone *&^%$#@ get away with this? I haven't actually been angry in a while......this really angers me.....

This just keeps getting better and better. Rodeo hit the zone tonight, and he said they are removing xvt due to "loss of interest". He said not many people are playing and they need to make room for new games. Ummmmmmm obviously they didn't pay attention during wow or any wow's for a while. People are still playing in force. And everyone I've talked to is upset about this. Clans like Boss, DJO, UPA, Sith, and us will be severly hurt by losing xvt. And there are probably other smaller clans that will be wiped out by this action. Aslan, Tank, and I were all in zone tonight discussing matters. From the sound of things, xvt isn't going to die. But an alternative to the zone will need to be found. By the way BSC is still supporting xvt..........

I hate to break it to you folks but yeah, they are removing it. See, it's all good and wel that so many people show up for WoW's, but it's not frequent enough. They go by volume on a daily basis, not every few weeks. It's a sad day for many people I am sure, but RBL will still go on. It has in my heart, and will continue to do so for a long time.
