A hand pops out of a huge pile of paperwork that seems to always be present in Tank's office (which would probably explain why noone else would want the job) and throws out a wadded note.
Upon which it said, "Hear ye, hear ye, all of ye RBLs....for there art thou a birthday upon one of thine members! Give him cake, and beautiful vixens in Naboo dress! Present to him gifts of appreciation and usefulness, and non your prank trees of powerful oder."
