I've heard rumors about an E-Wing. Apparently there is a place where you can download said fighter and fly it on XvT. Is this true and where can i get one?

Never mind, i found the patch and downloaded all the Imp tac ships. now ohw the heck do i fly them??!!

I mean, the ships show up in the craft database and all, but it won't let me fly anyof them, not even in the training missions.

Ahoy matie yes you have dled the shipset good work. There should be a new menu under melees that says something like shippatch furballs ect. this is where you can fly the new ships. you can't fly them against the comp in single player. only in melees. you can fly single player if you use one of the imptac melees but they are mostly for online use. let me know if you need any further assistance.

unfortunately no you can't. the guy that made the ship set only created new melees for them to be used in.
