RBL City - Starsider update - Snoopy - 04-19-2008
For those of you who still pop into the game from time to time, RBL City on Starsider has come of age, having reached lvl 3 status(ALMOST lvl 4 at the time of this note) and a registered place on the galactic map. It's currently listed as a research ctr., which makes it ideal for crafters.
