I am, but if you have any sort of warranty, i would advise against it. I'd also advise against it if the cpu you're using wasn't built for it, IE Intels. Get an AMD and you can overclock the heck out of them.

Never had a need to do so myself. Probably won't start either. No point tinkering when there isn't a need to, in my case at least.

oh ive been messing around with my VGA lately i can get it to 640 core and 862 mem, while still keeping it cool at 50C...

be very VERY carefull when tinkering with the clocks. liquid cooling is your friend if you become a serious overclocker though.

Hobovu, unless you've got a spare $1,000 I wouldn't worry about over-clocking. Honestly its not worth it. The costs definitely out-weigh the benefits.

so far i only OC my VGA i measureed my comp perpormance on 3dmark and im better then over 300 THOUSAND computer!!!
this is when i OC my VGA im not fiddling with CPU or anything else since OC my VGA doesn't void my warrenty ;D

Your computer runs a certain way, with certain hardware for a reason. If every chip in your computer could process 300x more information and 300x more power than it currently is, without any trouble, short-term or long-term, it would have come set-up and running that way already.
