You could spend about 1/2 that on motherboard and processor and still have a nice system.

I have to get a 200 gig hard drive to backup my 80 gig hard drive. I've almost filled up the 80 and it's starting to glitch. All those damned music videos and all the games. I've only got 13.5 gigs left :'(
Otherwise my comp is fine.
