Well, after I left last night, I tired to directly open the ports through my Router.
Stupid U-verse, not letting manage my stuff.

It's a firewall issue not router ports if you can't at least join games :

I have no idea what sort of router you have or what sort of Network you are on. If you are not an Admin on your network then you might not have permissions...or...???
For me on my router, I had to do nothing to simply join games. I never even made an exception for an application. I don't run any other firewall, but widows firewall will or should at least ask you if you wish to allow the app to connect if it's on.
I also found by changing my DHCP setting then placing my computer in DMZ, allows me to host without bypassing my router.
If you are able to connect in other games, I see no reason why you should not be able to in the Xwing games.
