Though I hear its flight characteristics aren't all that great...
I dunno....if he tried to land on a carrier in an Xwing, I suspect he'd make QUITE an impression, regardless. :o ;D
I can see it now. The flight officer waves him in, he puts what's left of his landing gear down. he brings it in like an atmospheric fighter and skids it to a halt looking for the arresting cable.

I was thinking more that he flew the Lincoln in onto the Xwing lol.
