7:30 AM on Sunday between my first and second cup of coffee, the doorbell rings. I am not at my best before my first POT of coffee is done  :-[ but then I never had a Hot Air Balloon in my yard neither.
Guy asked me if I would mind if they landed in my pasture, sure by all means I would love it! Good and thank you but we already landed....how would you like a ride?

Pretty cool got a lil lift and help them pack it up. They asked about using my field to land and maybe takeoff from, and also invited me to crew with them. Both earns flight time!

I may be up at that hour of day but it SURE aint my most "Sociable" hour of the day

I've never been in a hot air balloon... whats it like? I always imagined it as the closest thing to really flying there was... being suspended in the air with no noisy spinning things heheh

Well I been in one now but not more n a foot of the ground heh. Thought we were gonna get to go up a bit but they just loaded us up to drag the rig accross the yard to pack it up.
Sure it would be an awesome ride tho, they started about 3:30 AM, and official twilight wasn't until 4:32 AM that morn. Said they reached 6000ft  :o and I am only about 10 miles from where they launched. Got to be spiritual seein a sunrise like that  ^^
