Hence the reason swords have sorta died out, save for novelty.
Interesting note though, 1 of the malls in the city I live in has had a Knife Kiosk in it for years and sold copies of various famous swords that it kept on display behind a glass case...til very recently. Seems 1 nutcase finally took it upon himself to smash the case and grab 1 of the swords, using it to threaten quite a few shoppers in the mall before security got him under control. :
