i'm on the band wagon
Cause that's where all the hot chicks are.  ;D
Hey look!!! Its Hondo. I use TS all the time for playing Call of Duty. If you suffer from lag you can turn the bandwidth usage down in the settings. I know a couple of guys who had to do this recently.
Hey how come anytime I go to are server none of you are on? I use TS on a regulat basis....
Because the semester has begun, so I'm gone all the time once again, either at work or at class.  Plus I just reformatted, so I haven't reinstalled TS yet.
ok here's my two cents here.  for you guys worried about lag I used to run TeamSpeak when I played alot of Mechwarrior online and it didn't lag at all.  and remember peeps I'm on a crappy dialup connection.  infact it took up very little memory and used very little processing power to run.

pros:  allows you to coordinate tactics in slower paced games like mech warrior, galaxies, strategy games ect ect
doesn't take up alot of space
        was lag free on dialup
        pretty simple interface

cons:  for fast paced games like xwing, the flight part of galaxies (dogfighting), crimson skies ect the action is to fast and  furious  to actually coordinate any tactics effectively.  once you try to talk your dead lol.
had to press a button to talk......which for some of us who have trouble multi tasking can be a real pain lol
sometimes it's hard to understand people with below average mics
Well I need to reinstall XWing and all that and then I'd love to take a shot at you all  >:/

I used VOIP for over 2 years playing Crimson Skies, teamspeak was only one client. It can be used quite effectively to coordinate team play. There is a slight delay  but changing what tactics you coordinate can overcome it.
Teamspeak also has the option for either "Push to Talk" or "Voice Activation". The problem with voice activation is for those who play with the speakers blaring, or yell and scream as they are going down in smoke (or the target) is it keys the mic and transmits which prevents others from using the airway to coordinate tactics.

The only real problems I have seen with VOIP is certain Canadian sound cards or Canadian operators...exactly which one was the problem was never discovered...  :-4
??? Canada must be on leave ???

:-X
I think the pup got lost and fell asleep under a shade tree  ;D
