The gold image is a Force message. When you see those you use either Force Pull or Shove.

I agree, Alura gave a much better account for herself than Tavion. But Tavion is a little whiny punk anyways.

that is a good mission to skip but if you ever play it there is some comic value to it. watching the rancor chase you around and eat anything in it's path is pretty funny lol
